Q. What is the cost to attend the Journey to Extraordinary?

There is a $100 registration fee, but if you are staying at The Mandalay Bay Resort, PRMI will waive one registration per paid room. Conference attendees stay off-site or share a room with another conference attendee will not have their registration fee waived.
If you are bringing a guest (spouse/non-employee) with you and would like them to attend the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner, the cost for them to attend is $100.00.

Q. When should I fly in?

If you plan to participate in the Golf Tournament, you'll need to arrive at any time on Monday, September 11, 2017. The Golf Tournament begins bright and early on September 12.
Otherwise, the Welcome Reception begins on Tuesday September 12 at 7 PM.

Q. How much are hotel rooms at The Mandalay Bay Resort?

PRMI has negotiated a discounted room rate at The Mandalay Bay Resort.

Q. What documentation will I need?

If you are a United States citizen, a valid Government issued Photo ID is required to board your flight to Las Vegas, NV.
If you are NOT a U.S. citizen, please verify your specific documentation requirements with your country's consulate before departing. Please note that non-U.S. citizens may require a visa to enter the United States. Some countries require your passport be valid for at least six months after your scheduled departure date.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to verify and obtain all necessary documentation requirements needed for travel.

Q. When should I leave for the airport?

Recommended check-in time for domestic flights is two hours prior to departure. Please call the airline or access the airline's website to check for schedule changes/flight delays and confirm recommended check-in time prior to leaving for the airport. Please remember to allow extra time if you are unfamiliar with the airport, are leaving during heavy traffic times, or have excess baggage.

Q. Should I purchase travel insurance?

Because unforeseen circumstances may arise, we strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance through TravelGuard. TravelGuard is an affordable plan with a comprehensive package of travel assistance and concierge services available 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. With TravelGuard, you receive basic coverage in the event of trip-related expenses, including cancellation, interruption, or delay; emergency medical treatment or evacuation; lost, stolen, or damaged baggage or travel documents; or baggage delay. Coverage may be purchased any time up to 24 hours before departure; however, in order to qualify for coverage for cancellations that may be necessary due to pre-existing medical conditions, TravelGuard requires purchase within 15 days of registration. Q. What items can I carry on?

Due to recent security issues on flights heading for the United States, the Transportation Security Administration has updated its aviation security measures. For an up-to-date list of items banned from carry-on luggage and items you can still carry on, please visit: http://www.tsa.gov/.

Q. How much luggage can I take?

Most airlines permit each passenger to take one carry-on bag, total dimensions (22"+ 14"+ 9") of which must not exceed 45 inches and which cannot weigh more than 22 lbs., and one additional personal carry-on item, such as a purse or briefcase/laptop case; all carry-on items must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
Most airlines will allow you to check bags as well, at an additional cost, total dimensions of which must not exceed 62 inches, with each bag weighing no more than 50 lbs. Please check with your airline to confirm the current luggage limitations and any applicable fees.
Please note that many airlines charge significant fees for overweight or oversized luggage. Be sure that all baggage and personal belongings are properly insured. Items such as medications, jewelry, or other valuables, breakable or perishable items, and important documents should be hand-carried. Responsibility will not be assumed by the airline for loss of or damage to these items.
Passengers requiring prescription medications are advised to bring keep them in their carry-on luggage or personal item (purse or backpack, etc).

Q. What is the Dress Code?

The dress code for all meetings, general sessions and breakout sessions is business casual.
The dress code for the Welcome Reception is casual - flip flops and shorts are encouraged!
The dress code for the Celebration Dinner is business professional/cocktail attire, so feel free to dress to the nines if you wish!
